The multi-purpose hall for 5,000 spectators becomes a new dominant landmark of the city and together with the parking house, offices, hotel and the entrance gate to the exhibition centre forms an active parterre of the new square in České Budějovice.

Surrounding park and new urban district. The three layered volume creates a new public space in the city. Offering both more intimate spaces for recreation as well as large flexible areas for events and gatherings. The public accessible areas are clearly separated from the operational areas for the industry.
